Reserve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3- Em uma panela grande, coloque o leite, o tomilho e os fil\u00e9s reservados. Cozinhe em fogo m\u00e9dio, por 5 minutos ou at\u00e9 ferver. Com uma escumadeira retire os fil\u00e9s e coloque em uma travessa refrat\u00e1ria. Reserve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coe o leite do cozimento do peixe, junte o suco de laranja e complete com \u00e1gua at\u00e9 obter 1 x\u00edcara (ch\u00e1) de l\u00edquido. Reserve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5- Em uma panela pequena, derreta o creme vegetal BECEL e refogue a cebola. Dissolva o amido de milho na mistura de leite reservada, coloque o restante do sal e o a\u00e7afr\u00e3o e misture ao refogado, mexendo sempre em fogo m\u00e9dio, at\u00e9 ferver e engrossar. Despeje o molho sobre os fil\u00e9s reservados e leve ao forno m\u00e9dio por 15 minutos.
