Adicione 100g de margarina, 2 ovos, 2 colheres (sopa cheia) de a\u00e7\u00facar, 1 colher (sopa rasa) de sal e misture bem. Acrescente, aos poucos, cerca de 830g de farinha de trigo e misture at\u00e9 formar uma massa lisa, homog\u00eanea e que n\u00e3o grude nas m\u00e3os. Deixe descansar por 30 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Divida a massa em 2 partes. Com um rolo abra uma parte da massa formando um ret\u00e2ngulo bem grande (cerca de 100cm X 16cm). No centro do ret\u00e2ngulo coloque metade das fatias de presunto (7), uma ao lado da outra, depois coloque sobre as fatias de presunto 7 fatias de queijo e mais 7 fatias de queijo enroladas (sobre cada fatia de mu\u00e7arela).<\/li>\n<li>Pincele na borda 1 ovo batido e enrole a massa no sentido do comprimento at\u00e9 enrolar toda a massa. DICA: deixe a o final da borda para baixo. Com uma faca corte a massa em peda\u00e7os (cerca de 11cm) deixando cada peda\u00e7o com o presunto e o queijo. Coloque em uma assadeira polvilhada com farinha de trigo, pincele 1 ovo batido e deixe dobrar de tamanho (cerca de 40 minutos). Repita o mesmo procedimento com a outra metade de massa.<\/li>\n<li>Leve para assar em forno alto preaquecido a 200\u00b0C por cerca de 20 minutos ou at\u00e9 dourar. Retire do forno e deixe esfriar sobre uma grade.
