Em uma tigela, misture o arroz com a carne e tempere com sal e pimenta s\u00edria. Abra as folhas de repolho, divida a mistura de carne sobre elas e enrole, fechando as laterais e formando canudinhos. Coloque metade do molho em uma panela, arrume os charutos por cima e cubra com o restante do molho. Regue com \u00e1gua at\u00e9 quase cobri-los, tampe a panela e leve ao fogo baixo por 20 minutos. Verifique se est\u00e1 cozido, retire da panela e transfira para uma travessa.
