Em uma frigideira antiaderente, em fogo m\u00e9dio, grelhe o frango e reserve em um refrat\u00e1rio pequeno. Para o molho, derreta a manteiga em fogo m\u00e9dio, em uma panela, e polvilhe a farinha. Cozinhe por 1 minuto, mexendo. Adicione o leite, aos poucos, mexendo at\u00e9 dissolver. Adicione o queijo, a mostarda, o sal, a noz-moscada e misture.
