Ou seja, estou te contando um segredo de fam\u00edlia aqui.<\/p>\n<p>Para isso, voc\u00eas v\u00e3o precisar dos ingredientes abaixo e de muito amor. Ali\u00e1s, uma comida gostosa s\u00f3 \u00e9 gostosa se for feita com muuuuito amor!<\/p>\n<p>Ent\u00e3o, pegue seu caderno e anote todas as dicas da receita de Chuchu ao Molho Branco.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 2 ou 3 chuchus <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 colheres (sopa) de \u00f3leo\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 1\/2 colher (ch\u00e1) de sal com alho\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 1 cebola pequena picadinha <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 talos de cebolinha-verde<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 1 colher (sopa) de salsa picada <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pimenta-do-reino a gosto<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Modo de preparo:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Descasque os chuchus em \u00e1gua fria untando as m\u00e3os com um pouco de \u00f3leo, para n\u00e3o pegar a goma. Corte-os, ao comprido, em fatias, tirando os miolos. Pique as fatias em cubos pequenos, lave-os e ponha-os para escorrer.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Leve-os para refogar numa panela com o \u00f3leo, o sal com alho e a cebola picadinha. Tampe e cozinhe em fogo brando, a fim de que o chuchu cozinhe no vapor da panela. Depois do cozimento, adicione a cebolinha e a salsa picada bem fino, acrescente a pimenta-do-reino e deixe mais um pouco no fogo para tomar o gosto dos cheiros-verdes.
