Coloque a lingui\u00e7a e frite por cinco minutos. Junte o vinho e deixe evaporar. Acrescente o tomate, o sal e a pimenta. Cozinhe por dez minutos. Retire do fogo e misture a ricota.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Deixe esfriar e espalhe sobre a massa folhada. Feche o folhado, passando clara nas extremidades e apertando com um garfo ou com os dedos para fixar bem. Bata a gema com o leite e pincele o folhado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leve ao forno, preaquecido a 220 \u00b0C, por 30 minutos ou at\u00e9 ficar bem <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">douradinho.
