Refogue a cebola na manteiga e junte a farinha. Mexa vigorosamente e acrescente o tomate. Mexa bem para não empelotar. Junte o frango e cozinhe até formar um creme grosso. Tempere com o sal e a pimenta e reserve. Espalhe o recheio frio na metade de um disco de pizza aberto e ponha sobre ele o cream cheese em colheradas. Feche como um pastel e pincele com a gema. Asse em forno médio preaquecido por 20 minutos, aproximadamente. Massa No liquidificador, bata o leite, o ovo, o sal, açúcar, a margarina, a farinha de trigo e o fermento em pó até que tudo se misture. Despeje em assadeira para pizza, untada com margarina e leve ao forno preaquecido por cerca de 20 minutos. Retire do forno e espalhe o molho de tomate. Cubra com mussarela ralada, as fatias de tomate e orégano a gosto. Leve novamente ao forno até derreter a mussarela.</li>
